April's first nail polish haul

Picture heavy post alert!

Today I've got another haul post for you, as I went into town and checked out all the pound shops for nail polish bargains, needless to say I went home a happy little nail polish addict! :-)

I hope you don't mind haul posts, personally I love seeing what goodies fellow bloggers have found, and I'm more than happy to swatch stuff if there's any you fancy and can't find a swatch online.

I also like to show you stuff that you can get for cheap and as the pound shops change what nail polish is in stock quite often, it's good to know what's in store.

Right, enough waffling, on to the polish...
L-R Revlon No Shrinking Violet, Plum Night & Red Hot Tamale
My camera couldn't capture Red Hot Tamale, it's a bright red rather than the weird orange in this photo.
L-R Revlon Lilac Pastelle, Sunshine Sparkle & Demure
L-R Revlon Craving Coral, Iced Mauve & Gold Get 'Em
L-R Revlon Silver Screen, Cloud & Stormy
At the moment there's alot of Revlons in the pound shops so I'm grabbing as many as I can, some of these I'd been thinking of getting from ebay, but I'm glad I hadn't as I've saved myself plenty of money. Out of all of these I'm really happy to get No Shrinking Violet, Sunshine Sparkle and Silver Screen.

I popped into Superdrug to see what was on offer, I saw a few polishes I liked but didn't buy any, but luckily on my way out I spotted a cardboard display stand full of discontinued Gosh make-up, I just dived right in and was there for ages picking things out. I don't know if they have these stands in all stores, but go have a look as there's some great bargains to be had. I got some liquid eyeliners (I've got quite a collection which I'll have to share sometime) and a lipgloss that is one of my favourites of all time, but I also got some lovely polish.

L-R Gosh Fix Base Coat, Yellow Bombay, Sweet Peach & Golden Dragon
Gosh Holographic was the first Gosh polish I got, and for years it drove me mad that I could never apply it well, then I read about how you were meant to use the Fix Base Coat which of course they don't make any more, so when I saw a bottle of the stuff for a measly £2.00 I grabbed it, and I can't wait to try it out.

After Superdrug I popped to the market and found these lovelies.

L-R Sally Hansen Purple Pizzazz, Disco Ball & The Real Teal, Rimmel My Denim
I love Disco Ball and Purple Pizzazz, and I've seen more of these Hard As Nails polishes at other market stalls so if you're after any it's worth checking if there's any near you.

So that was quite a haul,I got a few polishes I've been lusting after and I can't wait to swatch some of these.

Cheerio for now,

Heather.
